Menengai Crater

Last weekend the guys and I hiked up to the Menengai Crater. It was great!

Ostrich Egg

Eunice's husband was doing some contract work down in the Maasi Mara (don't have any idea what kind of contract work and the aunties weren't able to explain it either) and he brought home an ostrich egg. She kindly decided to share it with everyone at the baby house. The aunties were all pretty excited because no one had ever eaten an ostrich egg before. It was pretty tasty... just really yellow!
